Masar and the work-order platform operated by Almekyal Saudi are provided exclusively to authorized institutional users for managing and tracking work orders. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

• Account data: name, email address, role, and the organization or contract linked to your user account.
• Work-order data: details, statuses, attachments, forms, statements, and comments created by users.
• Session data: an authentication token stored securely on your device so you can remain signed in without re-entering your password each time.
• Device permissions: when uploading attachments, the app may request access to the camera or photo library. We only access files you explicitly select.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data to deliver work-order management services, support team coordination, attach documents, and show updates only to authorized users. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

Data is shared within the scope of your organization and authorized contracts. We may use hosting and infrastructure providers to store data and operate the service, subject to appropriate security standards.

5. Security & Retention

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data, including secure authentication and HTTPS encryption in transit. Data is retained for as long as required for operational needs, or as required by contract and applicable law.
